This guy is taking a 2 year hiatus from Harvard to pay the U appx. $20K to let him play basketball as a walk-on for the Gophers. At least Chad Roberg ended up with a degree from CSOM out of being a walk-on.

I would have rather had an $9/hr job at Wendy's during college. 25 hours a week, 52 weeks, 5 years... $46,800. That doesn't even include interest. There's your full ride!
4 years... I got a little agressive. And a $9, not an $9...as long as I'm making corrections.
