Mpls vs. StP

Sometimes people unfamiliar with the Twin Cities ask about the difference between Minneapolis and St. Paul. Those of us that live here know there are big differences. I thought Mpls nightlife vs. StP's scary empty streets at 5:01pm summed it up nicely, but this might do a better job:

From an article about the "free" vehicles that MN/UofM people drive for free...

MINNEAPOLIS MAYOR R.T. RYBAK
What he drives: 2005 Toyota Prius
What it's worth: $19,314 (invoice)
What's the deal: The mayor's office budget includes a $500 monthly car allowance, which covers lease payments, gas and insurance.

ST. PAUL MAYOR CHRIS COLEMAN
What he drives: 2005 Ford Crown Victoria
What it's worth: $22,956-$27,948 (invoice)
What's the deal: The car is owned by the city.
