The Rosedale of the future...

I was happy to finally put the research in and figure out what's going on with the remodeling at Rosedale Center. In August, they ripped down the old Mervyn's and have been digging in the dirt ever since. Turns out, the new complex, named "The Plaza" will open this fall and include an AMC Theatre, and a Granite City Brewing Co (which I give 3/5 stars - there's one in Eagan).

The rest of the stores are yet to be determined, hopefully they'll get some good stores! I can't quite tell from the website if each store in the plaza will have it's own door (like an outdoor shopping center plaza thing...) so I'll have to keep looking back at the site and pix - it's quite a good site devoted to the Plaza update at Rosedale...
