Wills at pub when drug deal goes down...

One of the trashy British tabloids was happy to fill me in on all the dets of this - apparently lots of fancy Brits (the Princes and other royalty) hang out at the bar and drugs are readily available. Two things to note:

1. At one point in the article, someone makes a comment that Wills is nice, but Harry can be a real w*****. I believe that's wanker? Can you confirm or deny?
2. Apparently, Wills is getting ready to propose to his girlfriend. I don't like the sounds of this...
