Coral???
I was surprised to learn that (via a message from Crate and Barrel) that Coral is the new red. I believe it's been stated in my blog that...Pink is the new black
and
Green is the new pink
But I do not believe Red is the new green ever happened. Can you help clear up my confusion?
PS I know what color coral is - I just didn't get the memo that Red is the new green which would've needed to happen before Coral is the new red. Get me?

Coral is orange-ish red. I think you're thinking chartreuse, which is green-ish.
I know what color coral is - I just thought there should've been a red is the new green announcement before C&B could throw out the coral is the new red.
Does this make sense?
Maybe my monitor is off, but that "coral" is basically orange in my book!
Although for me coral & red both trump pink any day.
If you ask me, it's good marketing. All the Lincoln Park soccer moms will rush to C&B to decorate their homes in coral and wait until the next new color comes out.
I'm a fan of the coral and aqua color schemes for C&B.
