Seriously - is this not the scariest picture of any person you have ever seen? Eew creepy. Not surprising people thought he might've murdered somebody...

However, now they're NOT charging him? I sat in the St. Louis airport for 3 hours a few weeks ago listening to all this business on the CNN playing loudly and non-stop -- annoying at the time and now SO not worth it as they've ended up not pressing charges.
