In what city are these restaurants located?

I was disappointed in myself when I saw that I'd only heard of 3 of these 5 restaurants that are "new" in the Mpls -St. Paul area. Margaux was a dinner club choice - yummy! for being in St. Paul. I know Spoonriver is near (in?) the Guthrie, and Willie's is over on Harmon by Buca.

I like to think I'm savvy on new things going on but the other 2, Cue and Level 5 Cafe, I had no clue about. Dumb Laura.
