Take 2, they're small
The St. Louis news is full of this story today:
Funny headline (sort of) but what's not funny is that this m-f has 920 calories and 60 grams of fat. Sick. Sick. Sick. However, comparing it to McDonald's Deluxe Breakfast and BK's Triple Whopper (each with 1200+ calories) makes it look not that bad. Which is also sick, sick, sick.

and this is one GROSS meal, quoting from the press release you linked,
"two egg omelets filled with crumbled bacon and sausage, diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese with hash rounds and a generous ladle of sausage gravy, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla". The sausage gravy was what made me really gag!
